whp could mail me a "technical data sheet" for a 88 convertible , i need this because i'm in france ,and need this paper for homologation in europe ...!

Ah, you must mean the "build sheet"; there is one specific to each car. It shows all the options on the car, build date, colors, etc.
You only need the VIN and yoiu could order a copy of your build sheet from NCM, link on my site.
