My '99 with an LS6 (ZO6) engine when I had it. Could eat off that engine.
My '92 I have now. A bit grubby but working on it.

Pete, that looks like it's going to be a real thumper. I'm glad to see someone else who knows a two bolt main engine can be a real contender in most any application.

Because they are. Early LT1's use a (somewhat retarded) double ribbed belt. There's ribs on both sides.

First gear is like driving on ice. It runs real strong. I suspect I am pushing this block to the limit on this build. Next one will be with an aftermarket block. On paper, this motor works well. After the final tune, we'll see if the numbers match the paper. Hopefully optimistic

It's a double ribbed belt for the 92-early 93 LT-1.....
