Putting a Spec Stage 4 Clutch in my 95 tonight. Just seeing if anyone had any comments on this job. Also while I am replacing the clutch I am putting a set of Hooker Headers on. Thanks!
You're going to drop the tranny, replace the clutch, and put it all back togehter in one night?
My advice? Put the joint down...
Can we assume you've never pulled the tranny before? The C-Beam will come out without resorting to a sawsall. But, only if eveything lines up just so. This means lowering the engine and pushing it to one side. Once you've done it a couple times you'll understand...
No not in one night just getting started tonight. I'm thinking of dropping everything tonight and prepping it all to go in tomorrow. I had an 88 vette and put a clutch in it. That c-beam is a tough one to get out. I will have to shift the engine anyways to put my headers on. Hopefully everything will go smooth. I am just worried about the fitment of the headers. I am also going to replace all the ujoints while I have it torn down.
