Take down the vin and get a CARFAX report run (look in the forsale section - if you don't have CARFAX ask someone to run it for you )

Take a friend that is mechanically inclined. Helps to have another pair of eyes with you.

Test drive it!!!!!

Over all, if you like it and the price is right Go for it! Then post pics for all to see

Good luck!

May I say that you have made an excellent choice. Unfortunately my Aqua 93 has twice the miles. Make sure everything electric works flawlessly. I've have an electronic gremlin in mine that stays hidden and pops up to cause problems when I least need them, like when the wife decides to drive it. The last time was on a 95 degree day and the AC decided to quit. Man was she upset to say the least. This happens occasionaly and it is fixed by pulling the battery cable and reseting the climate control module. Intermitent electric problems can be hard and time consuming to find especially if you have to pay a shop to do the work.
