I have a question: I am looking at a 96 CE that has a cigarette marlk on the hood.. It does not appear to deep in the hood. Do you think the mark can be buffed out, or is there any other way to remove this mark.

How the H... did it get hit by one of these? Kind of a Jumpin General thing?
Sorry for being a smart azz Maybe someone who knows the answer will chime in.
I would start with some 3m Finese It, and apply it by hand with a soft cloth. If that does not do it, try the 3m Finese It with a polisher and that will hopefully get it out. If still no results, go with some 2000 grit sandpaper. Be very careful with this step thought as you don't want to cut through the clear coat. If the sanding removes the stain, then repeat the steps above, and polish until a glossy finish again.
