I think that it's the ECM too because as soon as you turn key the the program start cycling and the first code is C41. No ECM data connection. Can you send me the areacode of Miami so I can search the net for a shop/store I can order the ECM from. From there I get it faster.

I wonder if Chris at Superior Chevy can do an international shipment. I'd feel much more comfortable dealing with a reputable Chevy dealer. 1-800-728-8267

I had the same problem, car wouldn't start when hot. I took the starter out and had it tested and it failed the test so I replaced it and the car cranks with no more problems. Have your starter tested.
I didn't get a reply from Chris but I found a parts dealer named Davies corvette parts. He charge $249 for the ECM and $ refund $125 for a usable core. Does it sound ok?

That sounds about full retail, Ecklers or MAD could match that price. I think it's around $180 from Chris. Did you call him or send an email? Sometimes he doesn't get to email for a day or so, it's best to give him a call. (I don't have a good recommendation for Davies, previous issues with them.)
I received a mail from Chris and right now they are not shipping international and he does'nt have it in stock either. I'am still looking for another place where I can get one besides Davies. If you know another place pls. let me know.

I received from different stores an negative answer. It seems to be a very difficult part to get. All of them have it on backorder except Thomson that charge $345 for a reduild one. I don,t know yet if it is with or without core exchange. But there is something that I wonder because the car starts, run for a couple of seconds and then quit. The fuelpump keep running after the engine has stopped for a couple of seconds. If before the engine quit I start pumping the gaspedal the engine reacts until I stop pumping. So obviously it's not the fuelpump that shuts of but somthing else. The only other part that can have the same effect is the ignition. What is the relation between the ignition and the pumping??? There is also a feature that they call "Limp home". Why doesthis not work if it is intended to take you home in case of an ECM failure. What do you think about it.
