I had the same prob when i bought my car. I bought a slightly oversized 12pt deep socket at Sears I believe mine was a 20mm or a 21mm. Bang the socket on over the lock nut with a BFH (Big F&*kin Hammer). and use a breaker bar to loosen them up. I heated mine up real nice prior to doing all this with a couple of 100-0mph stops. They came off like buttahz. By the way no tire place is going to touch your locknuts because they dont want to scratch your rim and have to replace them that is the problem i had. so that is why i used the method i just told you about.

Go to any tire center. Somehow they manage to balance and rotate my tires without even ask for it. They may do it for free
