It should not require a new alignment, but if it's been awhile if you had one done and are getting new tires at the same time, it might be a good idea.
Vette Brakes has some great alignment specs you can use that will make the car handle better than the factory alignment specs. This Alignment Chart can be printed and taken to a shop. I use the "Advanced Street" specs for my autocross car and it's great for street use. I have not seen any adverse wear from about 3000 miles of street use and a dozen autocross events yet.
