Fog light/ headlight question

Fog light/ headlight question
ok say i wanted to take out the old square headlights and replaced them with some cool looking fog lights. would this be possible with higher wattage bulbs. Whats the differance between headlights and fog lights beside the fact that fog lights are lower so they can project light under the fog?

you can do some work to the headlights of your C4..I upgraded the sealed beam headlights to a more modern euro-look....midamerica has a kit for $80 that includes everything you need and haologen HIB xenon blue bulbs.....
