Default Fuse boxes

I have just bought a 91 corvette and I've blown the fuse to my horn. I can't find the fuse box to replace the fuse. There is one on the side of the dash near the passenger side door but someone told me there are 2 more fuse boxes under the dash on the passenger side which I have been unable to find. This affects the security alarm so if anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Near the battery, should be a row of six fuses. I believe there are two sets one on each side.

In a '93, there are 9 big fuses in the block under the hood. None of them should have any effect on the horn. You want the small fuses under the dash.

On my 92 there are auxillary fuse blocks on the passenger side under the dash. You have to remove some screws to the lower trim panel directly under the glove box and you shoud see it just forward and below the radio reciever box.

Sorry didn't have to time to be real specific. The Horn fuse is located on the I/P fuse block (passenger side door), it is the 15amp fuse located the second fuse from the left on the second row from the top. Item #2.

There are two under hood fuse blocks for a 93. Block #1 contains 1-8 and sequentially are ECM 20a, Fuel Pump 20a, ABS/ASR ECU 20a, A/C blower 30a, RR Defog 40a, Ignition 60a, and Brake Hydraulics 40a.

Block #2 contains 1-8 fuses and sequentially are Interior lighting 20a, Primary Cooling Fan 30a, LH Headlamp Motor 30a, RH Headlamp Motor 30a, Secondary Cooling Fan 40a, Exterior Lighting 60a, Power Accessories 60a, and Air Pump 20a.

Test the Horn fuse with a DVM to ensure it is good, if not look at the horn itself and/or the switches. Perhaps if you have a helper you can test while the button is engaged and check for voltage.

Default Fuse Boxes

I own a 91 coupe.Look on passenger side. you will have to remove the panel just below the air cond. vents. After removing panel look toward door and you should see the fuse block tucked up on the right.ALSO if you want to know where horn relay is located it,s hidden just behind and below the air vents( not the fire wall) .The only way i found it was with a mirror . Congrats on your purchase. And here,s a little advice don't use fuel injector cleaner in your 91. I did and it stopped up my injectors and fuel pump and cost me some major bucks to replace them !!!( See service bulletin under TECH CENTER 1986-1991 multitec fuel injectors/ cleaning info. ) By the way my 91 only had 65,000 miles on it when this work was done !!!!!!!
