In person it's a little more readable but where on it is the "DOB" date ?

I have the one that I bought from NCM and it has the date and time clear to the top, ust right of the center, directly above the VIN. I don't see it on your sheet, but then again it is pretty hard to read yours. And mine is 10 years newer than yours as well.

Tom----on mine the vin is at the top right hand edge (readable) every thing top centhrish is faded (gone) I will order one from NCM also.
