Just for grinns
Ok, who has the fastest C4 out there?....Is it a 1320 freak?(time slips may be submitted)...a roadracer?....or perhaps you like to play on the salt in Utah?.....Any and all mods are ok, it simply must be a C4,....or at least have a C4 skin. ....Will it be a matter of cubic dollars or mechanical ability?.....joe

I have the fastest c4 on my block 
Maybe even in my own town. Heck, it may even be the quickest in my zip code. The fastest vette I have personally seen( that was occasionally street driven and was liscenced and inspected) is Andy Jensens 67 that runs 6.30 @ 217
