this is a picture of my 93 6sp. It is a little fuzzy but it 32.1 mpg.

im not actually calculating the MPG or L/100 km....i am going by what says on my dash for my overall gas consumption, i dont really trust it though 4 some reason! lol

Tank read half full today, but I was able to put almost 14 gallons in. Hmmm...I know I don't have a big tank!

My 92 vert LT1 4 spd auto stock with 25000 miles will do over 28 IMP mpg, thats just over 32 mpg in the US on the highway. Thats if you run between 70-75 mph. I am not sure what it will do in the city, just brought the car up from Memphis a few weeks back. Yours will be less because you do not have the LT1. You will have to compare apples with apples but this will give you some idea, hope it helps.

I have a 92 vert automatic 26-28 on the highway 22 overall.

On my '85 4+3, I averaged 21mpg mixed before I replaced the entire (factory) ignition system including these:
