Vert owners please
I was having trouble locating cables for my (86 vert) top release. and I came across a set of cables/Latches and a handle from an 89-96 vert, but Im not sure how they go on..
Can I get a pic of the uinderside of the deck lid to give me an idea of how they route?
Anyone have a helms conv. supplement that they can scan and post?
Anyone done this before?? Any help is appreciated.

Im going from an 86-88 setup to a 89-96 setup, and need to compare the two.

The newer release cables and latch are not compatible with the older decklid's moulded areas without extensive modifications. Just 2 different animals I'm afraid 
I wanted to update to the newer style when I got the hardtop for my '87 and decided it was too much hassle.
I've got pics of the newer style somewhere, I'll see if I can dig them up later tonite when I get home
