glue remover

I have a 86 vette that when I bought it, it had that wood panel trim kit glued to my dash pieces I removed it but there is still alot of glue on my dash pieces, is there any kid of "glue remover" I can use that will remove the glue but will not melt or destroy my plastic pieces ?

I have used "goof off" to remove adhisive before. On you dash, I would try a small spot first. I don't think it will hurt the plastic.

WD 40, Alchol, Paint Thinner, oven cleaner (yes it's on permatex's website) Goo Gone, as reccomended prior.

I had the same thing. Goo gone works great as other things will fog up your plastic and put a haze on it. I also used a razor scraper. I was pretty scared at first to see what was behind the wood dash... Maybe they were trying to cover somthing up. But it turned out alright....
