Outer door weatherstripping on

Put my outer door weatherstripping on today!! Man looks so much better! Mine were cracked and breaking off in pieces. Car has been garaged whole life but seems those are bad on most c4's . Guess seems like big difference because everytime i opened the door that cracked up trim was staring me in the face ! ha Thanks to those who posted "how to's ", made whole process easier.

They really make a difference don't they? I smile even more when I see mine as Gordon Killebrew did the install when using my car as the demonstrator for a C4 door class. I paid for the parts but he did the install for free along with a new driver's door mirror!

Looks great!!!!

I'm replacing all my stripping over the winter. it really helps the walk up appearance with the new on it. not to mention those little drips will be gone!!!

Sweeet. Don't forget to put some dielectric grease on them every month or so. It keeps them soft and supple. I rub it on all the weatherstrips and then buff it off.

wheel size

These are stock c5 wheels and tires. Sizes are 17x8.5 front,18x9.5 rear, 245/45-17 front tire ,275/40-18 rear tires. Glad you like it! No adapters or spacers needed. "wagon wheels " are off a '99 . I believe these wheels were used from '97 to'99 . Good bargains too!!
