air vent removal help needed

Default air vent removal help needed
How do you remove the passenger side air vent ,below the air bag.I have a '94 if thats any help.I need to get it out to repaint it

The center snaps in and behind it are two torx screws.

Also, I don't want to hijack this thread, but anyone know a good source for those little torx screws mentioned above? The previous owner of my '95 coupe lost one.
