Just opened up a yahoo photo page with multiple pictures of this winters work on the ruby. I've been working on it for 2 months now and its now the fun part of assembling everything. I was upset I missed the FedEx delivery of my 3" Billy Boat exhaust yesterday (thanks Rick) but suprisingly, they delivered on Sunday!
Looks like you've got your work cut out for you but it looks like it's coming along. At least there's still three months or so of the white crap left, and once it starts to warm up again you can roll it out of the garage as a new animal.
Yeah, I'm trying to come up with a schedule. I figure I'll have the engine back in mid January.I want to remove and polish the rear end and replace bushings/u joints/wheel bearing before bolting the torque arm, driveshaft, and exhaust. I figure Mid February, early March where everything is up and running. Its gonna need a tune with PCM and work out the quirks between March and April 18th (back on the road)
Next winter.....remove the front end and polish, replace ragtop. Possible head and intake port and polish
