The windshield on my '86 looks clean and shiny from the outside but when you look out through the inside on a sunny day, it looks like it was sand blasted. The entire windshield is covered in tiny speckles. I've tried a few different glass polishes but nothing seems to help. It's the original windshield with 107,000 miles on the clock. Can someone help with some recommendations on products that might alleviate some of the speckles? Thanks

The only solution for a sand-blasted, 100K+ mile windshield is....a new windshield.
You cannot polish the pits out. Don't even try.
Believe me, a new windshield is worth every penny; nothing gives you the feeling of a new car like a perfect windshield. And it will make driving in certain sunlight conditions far easier and far safer.
