I replaced the rubber bladders in my 93 sport seats lumbar pumps. On one I used an old rubber glove and the other I used an old inner tube from a bicycle. They pump up good but seem to deflate too fast and at different rates. One section only stays up for 10 minutes or so and the other two seem to last for the half hour drive home from work but are empty iin the morning. How long should the bladders hold pressure? Does anyone know where the check vavle is?

This sounds more like the preassure adjustment valves on the side of the seat cushon are leaking. Take them out (only 2 screws) clean them up and put a little vaseline on the seals and see if this cures the leak down problem.
