Default Starter Problem?
I have a 1996 with 48000 miles, my Vette just starting acting differently the last few times I attempted to start it. I drive it about once a week, and when I attempt to start it it just makes one click, the starter doesnt engage, I attempt to start it again and it turns over as usual. I fear my starter may be going bad. Can anyone advise?

Check your battery.It could cause this.If it is OK looks like your solenoid/gear is sticking.

Check for dirty battery cables,I had to change my starter.
