It has been an amazingly warm winter here in the snow belt.I have been driving regularly.Highs in the mid 40's sunshine every now and then.Got most of my winter list done.As long as the salt is off the road I try to at least go "around the block" when I have the time.I might even test Aboatguy's theory about snow when we get some if it is clean snow.I want to try driving in at least once.
Send them down to Georgia for safe keeping until April... I will make sure the fluids stay circulated and the tires are kept warm!
Don't worry spring is on the way in another 120 days or so.
For we southerners things will change for us in August and early September when Georgia temperatures soar to over 100 degrees and humidity hits 98%. Then it is night driving time!

The last three weeks have been great, got the car out and drove.
Even today ran a couple errands (took the long way home) and got back as the flurries started.
I know winter is rough, got my car sunday and drove her a 100 miles to a boat and rv show, temp around mid 60's sun was out and it was great, had one of my son's (he's got a 2000 c5) with us to the rv show. It was Great.
Yeah the winters here in Mass are usually brutal but this winter aside from being freezing cold has been pretty tame... but its never too cold for a good hand wash. I am out there with my hose and bucket once temps are above freezing
It's not especially cold or wintry up here... but I live across the street rom the city public works division and we like our salt! At this point, I don't drive the car - not because of the snow or cold - but because cleaning all that salt off is a royal PITA!
