The best way to answer these questions...since my definition of PITA may be quite different than your definition...is this:

Everything is a PITA on projects of this size. They can be done, but as they have said above, do yourself a favor and sell your car and get a later model. The interior especially will be quite the chore as most of the panels secure in different places through the models. If you're serious about this, consider borrowing a tech manual for the car you are changing the interior to and getting one for your year as well to aid with locating all the places you will have to hook-up the new peices.
