I recently read that Shakespear had invented over 1,600 words which are used in the English language...
I would like to invent just one...
VETTOSTERONE
Derived from the word testoterone, vettosterone is a person's burning desire to customize their corvette. Vettosterone cannot be synthetically engineered like testosterone. It can't be bought in a store or taught in a classroom. It can only be aquired from owning a corvette and modifying it. People with accessive vettosterone generally build their corvette into a race car, customized show car or both. You most likely will never use the word "vettosterone" and NCRS in the same sentence.
I did a "Google" search and it appears that this is truly a unique word.

I would not have bought a vette that needed so much work if I did not sufffer from it. My only question is, can women get this and does it make them grow hair in funny places?
I know of at least one woman who suffers from multiple cases of Vettosterone. Dont know about the hairy thing, though. Seems this disorder does not discriminate based gender
