Burping cooling system
Thanks,
Todd

Jack the front end up, open rad cap, start engine, let it warm up to op temp and term opens up, then have coolant mix ready, using the throttle linkage, rev and hold @ 2000 rpm's, you'll notice the level goes down, add coolant till up to neck level, hold the throttle @ 2k for a while to see if it goes back down, if so, add again, when finally you have to add no more, while still at 2k put the cap back on.
It took me 3 times before i finally got it burped completely. Then take it out for a drive and redo the process if necessary.
You might also check the rad cap, i finally had to get a new one.

My thoughts exactly after doing the same thing...it takes a while to get all the air out.
