Since you state your low on $$$, your best bet is to buy a set of the neoprene seat covers from Wetokole.com, or from MidAmerica. They will still set you back a couple of hundred bucks or more, but they can do a lot for a worn pair of chairs. I used the Okoles on mine for about a year until I could afford to get my leathers redone proffesionally.

Try Iggee Seat covers on Ebay. Some guys like 'em, some not. They're cheap and they look almost like custom seat covers. They slip over your old seat. They come in colors and multiple colors. Something like $150.
