Probably just need a few 25 cent resistors.
I just got use to my flashing SYS. Didn't want to take the time to remove radio to install the resistors.

i got the same problem and i can deal with the light... but when i give girls a ride in my car and they ask why my dash is flashing "SYS" it is quite embarrasing.. what resistance do you use... and where do you wire them in?

It requires three resistors. I did it like 2 years ago and now it works great. I think there is a post of the fix in the maintenance section.
