Hash Mark stripes from Ecklers
Has anyone installed the tape hash marks from Ecklers? I received them today and in the installation instructions they talk about spraying the fender with some special spray before installation. Unfortunately there was nothing in the catalog about ordering any spray stuff. Any idea what I can use instead?

I just used a little soap in water. It worked great. I went to my autoparts store and got a cheap kit for installing tinting on windows. It came with a small spray bottle and a rubber scwege(which helped a lot). Spraying the sticky side with a little soapy water helps a lot becuase you can slide it around into position.

Wow, ran into exactly the same problem as you when I ordered mine from Ecklers. Even emailed the tech section @ Ecklers, but no response. Common sense dictated soap & water. As stated above worked great, no problems.

A little spray bottle of soap and water, and the hash marks are in place. Very easy and makes the car look great. I'll have to post a new picture as soon as I can get one scanned.
