I can't believe you guys don't get it. The idea is that you take your girl out for a picnic lunch and you can serve it on the built in picnic table on the back of your car. You might have to stand and eat, though.
I know someone will be chiming in soon about how it's all a matter of personal opinion etc. etc. But, come on, when I saw the shot of the back of that car I said outloud; "Oh, my god."

Who is that girl?! Was she in Phantom of the Opera?

I can think of a couple of uses for that car. On the top of the list would be to park it inside my skatepark and let the skateboarders skate it. That wing would be a blast to grind!!
Besides the wing, why put a c5 *** on a c4??? If ya got money to burn just buy a c5. Go figure.

oh god, i won't even get started. it would get ugly if i did.
i saw a red C5 with that same retarded wing at the "corvettes at carlisle" show in PA last year. i didn't know whether to convulse and throw up, or die laughing my azz off at it.

I'd say the C5 body kit on a C4 is tasteful as long as its not poorly fitted on. I'd get one if I could find one for, maybe $100 shipped to my door, already painted + free installation. I kinda like the "glass hatch elimination kit." Could possibly save weight from that heavy *** rear glass hatch.
But the wing is FUGLY!!!
Very distastful looking on a Vette. Not to mention the sour taste in my mouth already....

The rear glass looks like a del sol to me but if it came on the C3's first then i see nothing wrong with it imo. And even though i wouldn't want the body kit it doesn't look that bad. At least that is the only part that doesn't stand out too much imo. Here is a picture of my old Firebird that i modified with paint

Just my opinion.
Well you know what they say? It's his money. If he has the stones to be seen in it that's his business. Like to see him sell it to any self respecting enthusiast. The hood....Okay if you are introducing some serious force induction. The ground kit....Well I can let it sly barely. The C5 back on a C4...... Has serious issues as a child. That wing.... Acting out on some way crazy self mutilating thoughts. Crazy man, Just way to crazy. All that money could have put him closer to breaking the sound barrier.
