If that price is for a new one, GRAB it. For a used PKE for, that price is OK if it's not cracked or broken. I paid ~$70 for a very lightly used one (it looked brand new, and fuctioned well), but it was brittle and the plastic loop that holds the key ring cracked off shortly after I started using it
