Holy crap! Someone bought it! There were like 7 days left on the auction and someone actually did a "buy it now" on it! I guess a sucker is born every minute!
Someone actually paid $22,000 for this....maybe I should put a Greenwood kit on mine and charge $30,000. At least my paint isn't cracked, the dash works, and the windows don't fall out!

Don't be so sure. I have tried selling several rare Ferraris on eBay (for my father). Several times I have gotten "buy it now" bids and it is just fraud (lots of people hi-jack accounts and make lots of fraudulent purchases). So of course I no longer use "buy it now" as an option.

NEWBEE: Just saying hi... I have a yellow limited edition 91 Stawker Vette.
My 1rst vette was an abomination. It was a black '90, with the full Stalker kit. I bought it that way, as I was totally clueless at the time. I literally woke up one morning like a ton of bricks hit me, it all seemed so terribly worng. I'm thinking WTF did I buy that for? I must be nuts! After all, it barely even resembled a real corvette. I must say though, the yellow one here is even uglier yet
I got rid of it in less than 1 year. I learned to never ever do that again. Kits are for kids. I was out of my mind. Amazing I could actually sell it, but I did, and at only slightly less than my asking price.
Funny thing, I always got alot of attention in that vette, thank I do now. But that's from people who are clueless about the corvette tradition.
Therefore, that attention was useless and unsatisfying.
