Replacing weatherstripping
I have a 95 Vette that the Targa top needs the weatherstripping replaced on. The part that needs it is where the windows rollup into it. Anyone know the easiest way to do this since I have never tried this before? Any suggestion would be appreciated

i replace mine on my 84'. first i got some flathead screwdrivers and SLOWLY scrapped all of the old weatherstripping out of the groves. then i got some goo-off and cleaned the area that holds it. then rub it down with rubbing alchol to dry it. wait a few minutes to let it dry good then check that all of the old weatherstripping is out. do a dry run with the new strip to make sure it will go on right. then only when you are ready, put some adheasive on it, enough to hold it but not so much that it will overflow when the new strip is put on. then put the strip on and position it fast. hold it in place for a few minutes then wait a few hours before you do anything with it that could knock it out of place.
