Intepreting Paint code
Perhaps someone can help:
93 Coupe on the RPO sticker I have the following:
Base Coat/Clear Coat WA-L9539 U9539 643
Is the first group the base coat color, the second the clear and not sure what the third might be.
Can anyone help decipher this?
thx
Oh yes another question, this paint is for the urethane nose.
Would it be best to purchase Urethane Base Coat Color, Urethane Clearcoat? The other options are for a acrylic lacquer clearcoat.

WA-9539 is the code for Polo Green II Metallic
The "U" & "L" are for two-tone cars, (lower & upper) GM codes.
Betcha didn't know your Vette was a two-tone.

On my build sheet it says 64I for the interior.
But the label has the number 643 at the end as I presented them.

The RPO codes are for all GM vehicles. Not just Chevrolet or Corvette. Same for the paint codes.
Look at how many GM trucks and SUVs are two-toned. Your GM produced RPO sticker says your upper color is coded for Polo Green II Metallic. Same with your lower color.
Just being funny. If your Vette is coded for two colors, it must be a two-tone. Even though it's the same color.

64 = light beige
##I = color interior trim
##3 = color leather seating surface
##9 = color seat belts
