Center Console Light
The console light on my 92 didn't work. The light has two wires and I found one of them had been cut. I reconnected it, the light works but I don't see a switch for it to turn off. I thought maybe it went off with the courtesy lights but when they went off, the center console light was still on.
What turns this light off? I did a search and could find anything on the CF.

There's a mercury wetted relay. When you open the console door, gravity allows the conductive mercury to flow into place and acts as a switch and turns the power to the bulb on. When you close the door, the mercury flows away from the switch contact, turning the light off.
