I wonder if anybody on this list is in the S.W. Indiana/Western Kentucky area? The '85 Corvette I looked at the other day has been rolling around in my head and I may give the fellow a call back later this week. If possible, I'd like to find someone close who doesn't mind showing their car and answering numerous questions. I've worked on different sorts of machinery for nearly 40 years and one thing I've learned, there's always more to learn. 
I still haven't decided to go with the car since it's a good way off and in rough condition. If I get it though, it will be rebuilt as a driver and fun ride. I miss my '88 dodge Diplomat as it was nearly invisible to police. However, a large deer decided to meet the front of the car and well.....you can imagine an old car and a big deer meeting. I'm mainly interested in what I might find when I get into it and where the most reasonable parts can be found. Send me a private message if you wish. I think I have it enabled.
