has anybody ever ordered the carpet for the door panels from corvette america? how is the quality and are they easily installed? in other words could i do it myself and what stuff is needed to do it? thanks in advanced for the help!
Mid-America has some good carpet panels for the doors, dont know who is cheaper though. Its not very hard to install it yourself, but good luck with that.
Everything I have uses from Corvette america, including the parts mentioned, has been perfect. Not good, decent or fine. PERFECT.
Can't speak about the door carpet, but I ordered the complete floor set from them, and I couldn't be happier. Pre-cut, pre-punched speaker knockouts, molded to fit.
I took a look at mine when I did the floors, and by the looks of them, no special tools are required. The carpet is glued to the panels, and held on by trim pieces. I used 3M 777 spray for my dash knee panels, it worked out great 3 years ago and still holding.
