Default Headlights

I skimmed through the tech tips already, but I'll ask you anyway

I posted a few days ago about my recent problems. Number one right now are the headlights. Neither of them come up, at least not on a regular basis (the passenger side started working again and then quit). The tech tip on the bushings said that the motor would continue to run, mine doed not. The headlights both start to move (maybe a half inch) and then stop, along with the motors. The driver's said has done this before, quite a while back, but it started working again and hasn't been an issue again until now. It has been fairly cold this winter, but nowhere near as cold as many of you experience (occasionally down in the 30's over night). Are there any adjustments or lube points or anything like that? Could it still be the bushings or maybe the motors themselves?

Next task: Seat belts... (the driver's side doesn't come out without manually moving the release) But that's a whole nother topic for a later date.

how about pointing me in the right direction in the helms manual, I've been looking through it and found headlights in the electrical sections, but they work fine, it's the motors I need to find.
