Offset is the distance from the wheel centerline to the mounting surface. If the mounting surface is outside the center, the offset is positive. If it's inside, it's negative.
Summary:
Measure distance from wheel inside edge to wheel mounting surface then subtract half of your wheel width.
If they are factory wheels then they will have the size and offset cast into the back of one of the spokes. Don't know if that is the case with the repro wheels.
