Default Source for Catalytic Converter
What's a good source for a cat? (1985 A4). Napa list is $185. Eckler's and MidAmerica list is $149. There are two eBay sellers (can we talk about that ) "replacementautoparts" and "macautopartsdiscount" that have it for $113 shipped. I want stock, direct fit (not universal).

Any tips and/or suggestions

the ebay cats are fine, if performance is not your goal. if you want a good performance cat, get a random tech cat they cost about the same as the mid america cats.

I bought a hi flow cat from Corvette Central for an 87. When I got the box I found out is was a Magnaflow. Fit perfectly and the price was decent (can't remember what it was just now).

Just to follow up ... I ordered the cat at 9pm on March First and it was shipped on the Second! It's free shipping so probably not the fastest method, but it arrived in less than a week. Cat looks good ... now to get it on
