This is the third thread to ask this very question in two weeks.
The answer is yes.
You can swap the entire seats, just the backs, just the entire bottoms, just the bottom/center, or just the bottom bolsters.
Or any combination.
It...is...easy.
You'll be amazed at the difference, both in looks and feel.

yeah...super super easy to do the bottoms...look under the front...there is a lever you lift up on and the bottom comes out. The backs are also easy, but I havn't had the need to swap mine.
