The horns in my 94 sound like they have asthma so I guess it's time to replace them.
I see "A" & "F" note horns for sale, so what is stock on the horns? Two "A"s, two "F"s or one of each?????
My 87 has 1 c note and 1 a note. Unplug one and see if it works. Then unplug the other and see if it works. Wait till you see the cost of the horns. You will be unpleasantly suprised.

1 of each.
I got my replacements at the local boneyard from a '87 Buick Riviera, $$5.00 each.

I did the same thing a couple of years ago, now one is dead again. Time for another trip to the 'happy hunting grounds' for things automotive! My junkyard connections tell me that the big Buicks and Pontiacs (or is it Olds?) have louder horns than other GM cars. I'll bet Caddys have good ones too.
I replaced the stock horns with a set of dual air horns that I picked up at a flea market for $10. These are LOUD! You can probably find something similar at your local Autozone or Advance, though for more $$$.
On my 89 there is an adjustment screw on each horn. Try screwing them in and out a few turns with a little WD40 sprayed in the horn before changing parts. Saved me from replacing horns.
My horns barely worked when I first bought my vette. I replaced them with "Highway Blasters" from Autozone. I don't remember what note(s) they are, but they sure do work!
I wasn't about to spend $60 for two OEM replacement horns. That's just !

This is the high frequency horn, there's also a low frequency version. I replaced the horns on my '85 with one of each. I took the mounting brackets off my old horns and put them on these and painted the whole affair a semi-flat black (unlike the picture, the metal part of the horn is brass colored). You can hardly tell they're not stock.............until you press the horn button.
