I have a 93 white interior, and when it comes to cleaning it up, I start with "scrubs in a bucket" made be Dymon. I believe Sam's carries them. I get them through work and we order them from out of state. Anyway, after using the "scrubs" I use Meguiars Gold Glass Rich Leather Cleaner/Conditioner, what I do is scrub the Meguiars in with a toothbrush. Then just wipe clean with a towel. Now they are a soft as new. Since I'm always out in the sun with the top out, I use a protectant called "303 Aerospace Protectant" that you can get at any Boat/Marine shop.
This is what I do to keep my white leather interior looking brand new. My car has 61k miles and the seats still look brand new.
I also have white towels made into seatcovers. A brand new pair of blue jeans or a new belt can stain these seats quicker than you can blink.
Oh, and here is a tip. I actually go a strawberry on the back of my pant that stained the bottom portion of the seat. Nothing, and I repeat, nothing would take out the stain. I finally resorted to 100% bleach, and I was scared to use it, but it came right out without harming the leather at all. So a last resort, you can use bleach for hard stains.

Leatherique is also an excellent leather care product. Many owners of high end vehicles use that and I used it on my Porsche. I will now use it on my Vette.
