unique is the only word i could think of to describe this
Can't say I like the looks, but you got to respect the amount of time and money he invested mechanically. I can't pic anything out that looks like it originally came with the car except the steering wheel.
We all need to contact our law makers and see if they can introduce a bill to keep people from totally destroying C4 corvettes. This is clearly another case of someone with more money than brains.

Reason: spelling error
635 RWHP !! For the money this car is at right now it's a good buy. Wouldn't take much to make it look normal again. Put the headlights back in it, Take off the wing and tail light treatment. The screen thing on the passenger side of the dash is nutty but so was the big bread loaf. Just my .02
I think the mesh hides a fuel pump? Maybe. Check the fire wall.
i still think it's a solenoid like we use on ambulances at work to cut off batteries
probably for his amps
the more i look at this car the more cool ideas i see like the oil coolers in the bottom of the headlight wells and the hood pins and hydroboost brakes

I don't see anything wrong with it. The body mods are tame compared to the engine. Most early C4's aren't going to be really collectible, so why not build it up? (this is coming from a guy who hasn't even de-frisbee'd his L98)
Do some work to the suspension and brakes like what's been done to the engine and you'll have an awesome track car (probably also need to re-do the roll cage to meet racing specs).
