sunvisor install
I have a 86 that the sunvisors are out of. I looked to install them yesterday but it looked like they screw into the top piller. I tried this and can seem to get them to screw in because they keep hitting the side piller, just not enough room. Do they press in? Anyone done this I could sure use some help with this one.

Search this forum (C4) for "sunvisor". You will find several threads. Look at the one by "2nd2SEX". Down toward the bottom he has some photos that will help. You must remove the plactic cover, then then you will see a well that will house the spring, spring cap and nut.
