Default sagging door adjustment

My driver's side door doesn't close smoothly, it seems to be sagging by 1/4". Is this something I can adjust or would It be best to bring it to the shop?

With the door open lift on it ,if theres like an inch of movement you need a new hinge. If its tight move the striker pin on the car not the door. Then close carfully checking bodylines.
