If you haven't moved the hood, it shouldn't be too bad. There are slotted holes in the front frame (under the hood mounting point). Four bolts hold the bumper to that frame. Unbolt those, detach wires, lights, and front wheel wells.
When you put it back together, the only thing you might have to do is line up the seam between the bumper and the hood. If you're not happy with it, you'll need to score and shave it.
