Default Gtech

Quick question guys.. have any of you used or have the gtech pro?
www.gtechpro.com
It seem interesting and might be nice to have to take some basic readings. As far as the hp and torque go though I'm not to sure.
Just lookin for your thoughts or comments.
thanks

For what is is worth.....I have an older g-tech and I like it. Although I haven't used it on my new car I have used it in the past with good results.

I also have the old G-tech. It is fairly accurate for what I've used it for. Zero to sixty times and 1/4 mile times. I bought it cheap on ebay, new for about $40.

I too have the older g-tech pro. Also bought it for like $39 on ebay. It actually is pretty accurate when compared at my track.
Mine is exactly like this one but mine was cheaper.

He-he. You guys are talking "old" G-techs. I still have a Vericom from the 80's. It still works pretty well. Guess that shows my age.

I have an old gtech and a new gtech. My new one is a bit more realistic compared to the old one.

I new gteched my current car to a best of 12.52. I ran the same car at the track at 12.58.

The speedo was a bit more off, 114 for the gtech and 109 at the dragstrip.

For me the time is damn close when using the new gtech, plus they have pretty cool online software.

I have a G-tech I bought in 2000 for $150. It seems fairly accurate in the quarter mile but was way off on the HP. I used it one night going home and stopped in the road and set it to HP. The road was a little damp from the night mist and it said I had 408 hp on a stock 85 vette with 3.73 gears. I then went back to town and told my friends whom drove a 95 and 97 Trans Am. They didn't believe me and neither did I. Needless to say, it started a street race!

You guys have pretty good things to say about them. Thats good because quite frankly I got mine yesterday. The new style.. I've been playing around with it a bit and I'm not sure how accurate it is. I think some of my calibrations are off for sure. I wish they weren't because its telling me I have a pretty good car. I was trying it out doing short runs 0 to 60 ft, best time was 1.76 , worst was 2.23. But hear again first time so I'm not sure how accurate. Can you believe it told me I had 404 hp! I Wish! I think my times are close and am looking forward to playin with it somemore. So any input, comments anything would be helpful. thanks again

I also have an older Gtech model. Purchased off Ebay for about $45.00. Havn't used it in over a year.

Same here.

I wish I could get the results that the Gtech gave me when at the track.
