estimate question
when i took my car to the dealership a few months ago i didn't have a claim number yet and i was quoted $1900 for new bumper, new molding ,paint bumper
today they quoted $1400 to me with claim number for exactly the same work (same lady did both estimates)
do they just put the shaft to you when insurance isn't involved or whats up with the differences
p.s. there was a blue c6 getting the same work done, people in this city need to learn to not hit the pretty cars
