Default Now What!

So I was cleaning up the Vette the other day and as I backed out of the garage it was idling like crap. I'm thinking the fuel is stale as it was filled up in the fall before she was stored with fuel stabilizer added so I go up to the local station and filler up. On the way home it runs just as bad. As I pull into the garage I noticed some smoke coming from the right side of the hood. Looking under the hood everything seemed OK so I looked under the car and the exhaust pipe behind the pre-cat on the right side is glowing red hot about 4 inches. The pipe on the left side is just a little pink for about 1 inch.
I have her in the shop today and am telling my mecanik about the car and was telling him about this Sea Foam stuff they are talking about on the forum. Funny thing is he says he had 1 can given to him as a promotional product. So we are trying that today along with a new set of plugs (that was done last year). I can't wait to get her back
