Default what a hobby

The wife said I needed a hobby. She had no idea it would be a C4. So I am either tinkering with it, washing it, waxing it, or here on the Forum 'chatting' about it.

Since November I have.
Replaced opti-spark (twice since 'new' one from ebay was junk)
Removed stupid brake interlock from shift console
Changed to K&N air filter (I just happen to like K&N)
Replaced coil
New Anco w/wipers
Replaced all 8 plugs
Replaced plug wires and clips
Did throttle body by-pass (only because it was so easy and no cost)
Cleaned out T/B and intake
Put on 4 new tires
Replaced all brake pads with Bosch ceramics (hate brake dust)
Replaced mufflers with straight pipes and new chrome tips.
Repaired cargo curtain clips
All new shocks
Replaced headlights with silverstars
Replaced all heater hoses
Washed it about 50 times
Waxed it at least 6 times

Wow--and I have hardly even gotten started.

You really do need to get a life.

But, then, you aren't so different than most of us....

You're spending too much time with your Vette. You need a hobby.

A very expensive toy but I wouldn"t get rid of it. I've only owned mine for about a month now and I already put alot into it. New rims/Tires, water pump, distributor, wires, rack, and also some neat little extras that really improved the performance. O, I forgot to mention new weatherstripping all around. Enjoy it, there's nothing like it.

Tell me about it. It seems I work on my car more than I drive it.
